"I’ve spent more than twenty-five years guiding transformation…" and leading programs in over twenty countries. My journey has included creating global initiatives for women and girls and building partnerships across corporations, education, and human rights.
This is the essence of my work: not pushing through, but awakening what’s already within. I teach what I live: leadership rooted in vitality, trust, and creative freedom.
My professional path has always mirrored my personal one. I’ve shed the independence armor that once defined me, found the partnership I longed for, and learned to care for my family without losing myself. Every challenge became an invitation to meet my own shadow and turn it into strength.

A: Live attendance is encouraged, as much of the transformation happens through the energy and connection of the group. However, all sessions are recorded and available for replay, so you won’t miss out. Each week’s practice is simple and easy to integrate on your own, and your individual coaching sessions and our online community provide ongoing support to help you stay on track between gatherings.

You are welcome to join. This work isn’t about gender identity — it’s about the feminine (yin) and masculine (yang) energies that exist in all of us: in nature, in culture, and in our own bodies. In this program, we explore how these energies, especially yin energies, move through us, how they’ve been shaped by culture, and how to reclaim them in a way that feels authentic and empowering for you.

The individual coaching sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are on your journey. In the first session, we’ll clarify your unique gifts at this stage of life—how they connect to a soul-aligned career or dream that wants to come forward. The second sessions focuses on shadow work, since it often takes time to identify the parts of ourselves that are holding us back. Once those patterns are revealed, you’ll have dedicated support to integrate them, so they transform from obstacles into sources of strength.
Because the growth is individualized, no two coaching paths look the same. These sessions ensure that the discoveries you make in the group become concrete, embodied shifts in your own leadership and life. We’ve found that women who engage fully in the 1:1 sessions experience the most lasting results, which is why they’re now an integral part of the program.
